Exactly where it came from and why it appeared? Nobody knows.

But there’s even more benefit than just feeling better. Our thoughts and emotions create our lives. So when we feel good and look for good things to happen, our lives are filled with good experiences
We see more good and more good comes our way.
This is what you do
You can do this process in one of two places. Otherwise, it’s the same process
Do this either lying in bed, or standing in front of a mirror, looking yourself in the eye. It’s best to talk aloud if you do it in front of the mirror. You can speak either silently or aloud if you do it in bed.
You begin by saying, “One thing I liked about this day is…” and finish the sentence with something good about your day. Then, to continue that vibe of gratitude and good feelings. Continue by saying, “And one thing I really liked about that is…” Again, finish the sentence by elaborating on the thing you started with.
Then go on to another feeling, event, way you handled yourself, or anything other part of your day.
After doing this for around five minutes, do the following.
Finish up by telling yourself you’re lovable – that you love yourself. Hugging yourself while you do this is wonderful.
